Each car contains a huge piece of metal in front which is known as the front grille. The grille consists of holes through which air enters the engine bay and it also protects a number of valuable parts inside. Grille also legs the cars look cools and stylish. We want to know why front grilles have changed, what they do for car functionality (also aesthetics), the materials they are made from and pros/cons of changing a front grille on a vehicle.
Auto makers did not initially incorporate front grilles as we know them in their car designs way back when the first cars were made. They didn't had a tube, instead they have one metallic piece that help to protect engine when hit. With the discovery that cars were a thing that would be around, people learned they needed something to souce fresh air into their engines to allow them to cool off. This is how the front grille came to be. Front grilles have come in many different sizes and shapes over the years. Some cars have a small grille, others the large one. Also the holes in the grilles can diferent by their shape. Some are squares, while the other ones are hexagons. Car manufacturers have been playing around with these various designs to give their cars a modern and distinctive look compared to other vehicles. Consequently, the front grille has come to form an essential part of a car design aesthetics.
